Payable $500 upon application, the balance of the fee is due 2 weeks prior to entrance. This registration fee is returnable up to one month before your chosen session starts. The second or third applications from any family each get 5% discounts.

The camp fee provides for all the Camp activities including:
- All onsite activities including Horseback Riding
- Special Event Parties
- Camper's Medical Insurance and Infirmary
- Overnight park fees for campsites

No reduction or refund is made for late arrival or early withdrawl, except in the case of illness. The Camp will not be liable for claims in the event of an accident.

A waiting list will be kept for all sessions so that vacancies from cancellations can be filled. If you find you have to cancel, please let us know promptly. If it is before 4-weeks prior to the start of your session, all fees will be returned to you.

EXTRAS:
- Laundry
- Special Events Tickets (Cherokee, Playhouse, Train Ride, Rafting, etc.) will be charged to the camper’s spending account as will transportation to and from the airport if a special trip must be made to accommodate unusual travel schedules.
- The Camp will receive e-mail messages to campers at a cost of $1. Campers cannot send messages.

SPENDING MONEY:
All spending monies must be deposited with the Camp Management and checked out by the camper subject to the approval of the Director. $150 should be reasonable for the spending and laundry of two week campers. The $1 fee for each e-mail message sent to the camper will also be deducted from her spending account. Any spending or laundry money not used will be returned to your daughter when she travels home. A suggested total of $250 would be adequate for four week campers.

The suggested totals for laundry and spending SHOULD NOT be included in the tuition check. Please send a separate check also made out to Skyland Camp.
