One of the main reasons for Skyland's success is the dedication of its staff. Some of our finest counselors are former campers who have reached counseling age. They have grown up at Skyland and share in our tradition and enthusiasm. Each is chosen for her special talents and ability to relate to younger girls. Skyland is also fortunate to have an older adult administration of mothers and grandmothers to direct, coordinate, supervise and assist the college age staff. Most of these administrators are professional educators in the winter months - many are former Skylanders!
