Skyland provides all-girls summer camps, adult retreats, mother-daughter sessions, equine experiences, and full-property rentals. The camp is located near Asheville and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Clyde, NC.

Skyland’s Girls Camp (rising 1st-10th grade) is completely tech-free, giving girls the opportunity to create genuine connections without screens. Adult programs at Skyland are optionally tech-free, offering guests the opportunity to fully engage in their experience at camp.

With a camper-to-staff ratio of 3:1, each camper receives individual attention and is helped to feel at home among new friends. A minimum of two staff members are assigned to any group of campers, whether in cabins or at activities. Additional staff will be assigned for larger cabin groups, off-campus trips, or activities that require more instructors, such as horseback riding. In addition to designated cabin and activity staff, campers get to know Skyland’s directors, nurses, chefs, and administrative staff, who are active participants and contributors to camp life.

Yes. Skyland offers a 'Campership' program that can cover up to 100% of tuition for eligible families. Reach out early, as financial aid is limited and awarded on a rolling basis.

Skyland features historic cabins with screened sleeping porches, a Victorian Main Lodge, and the modern Ranch House. The 'rustic luxe' style combines mountain charm with high-touch hospitality in Clyde, NC.

The equine program includes pony parties, Equine Facilitated Learning, and year-round boarding. Sessions focus on confidence, communication, and boundary setting, all led by experienced staff in our covered ring and stables.
