Wellness and Renewal for Women

What is SOUL Camp?

SOUL stands for Self-Owned Unlimited Love, and that is our goal. SOUL Camp is a unique experience held at Skyland Camp & Retreats in Clyde, North Carolina, just west of Asheville and near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Designed for women age 21 and older, this retreat offers four days and three nights of guided wellness, movement, and authentic connection, all set on our historic 75-acre mountain property. Led by experienced facilitators and rooted in the "How’s Your Good" philosophy, the retreat helps participants step away from digital noise, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful friendships with like-hearted women. The program blends structured experiences, including guided movement, sound baths, and group discussions, with plenty of time to rest on screened-in porches, enjoy the mountain setting, or savor chef-prepared meals. There is also an option to arrive a day early for a decompression day that is all yours. Intentionally screen-lite, this retreat creates a rare opportunity for digital detox and personal reflection. Whether you want to recharge, reflect, or simply enjoy the pleasures of camp as an adult, Skyland’s SOUL Camp meets you where you are and guides you into a space of peace and joy.
